Tuesday, August 21st - Leaving Nashville Area

We were not in a big hurry today - only 250 miles to Memphis and I really did not want to hit Memphis at the height of the rush hour traffic.

So, we left Nashville at 11:00 and stopped in Hurricane Mills, TN to eat and see country singer, Loretta Lynn's family home. We ate lunch at the Loretta Lynn Country Buffet (pretty good), parked the coach at the Loretta Lynn Ranch and took the tour. It was interesting. If you saw the movie, Coalminer's Daughter, you know that she (and sister, Crystal Gayle) came from very humble beginnings (what country singer doesn't?). This is a short video of the area around the house.

We hit Memphis around 6:15 and are parked at the Cracker Barrel in West Memphis, Arkansas. Tomorrow morning, we take the coach to the local Caterpiller service center to get an injector sensor looked and and, hopefully, replaced. I got a warning light last week, leaving Louisville and do not want to take any chances.
