Friday, August 3rd - Leaving Kansas City

We have thoroughly enjoyed our 2 1/2 weeks here in Kansas City. A whole lot of great family time plus, catching up with old friends. Great!

We leisurely packed up the coach and drove 230 miles to my cousin, Ron Heinz's home in Ankeny, Iowa, just north of Des Moines. Ron and his wife, Susan, welcomed us and we set-up the coach in front of their home. We ordered in pizza and caught up on family news.
