Thursday, August 2nd - Missouri Wine Country

Bob and Janet Sherman joined us at our campsite this morning for MA's Belgian Waffles. Then the four of us piled into their car and drove 100 miles to Rocheport, Missouri, a very cute town on the bluffs overlooking the Missouri River. We did some wine tasting at the Les Bourgeois Winery and then ate lunch at the Bistro above the river.

After a little shopping at the antiques stores in the town, we returned to Blue Springs and enjoyed a couple of beers and margaritas.
