Wednesday, October 31st - Happy Halloween!

This morning, new friends, Ray and Jerry, invited me to play golf with them at Monte Cristo Golf Club in Edinburg. I thoroughly enjoyed their company AND the golf.

On the way home from golf, I got "the call" from John at Valley Machine and Auto. Jasper Jeep is ready to re-enter society! He is back among the living! MA and I picked him up and he started right away and drove mightily to Enterprise Rent-a-Car where we dropped off the Chevy Cobalt that we had rented for the past three weeks. We drove Jasper back to the coach. He seemed relieved to be home.

We attended a free Halloween dinner at the ballroom here at the resort. Ray and his wife, Shirley, held a spot at their table for us. MA brought spice cake squares. There was a costume contest and a man inside a blown up bikini with enormous physical attributes, won...go figure. MA and I went as an early 60's aged couple...that is to say... no costume.
