Saturday, October 6th - Goodbye & Hello

Janet and Bob left to return to Kansas City around 10am. MA and I finished packing up the coach and drove it to Holt Caterpillar, here in San Antonio. As I have written earlier, we have an outstanding problem with the H.U.I.E. Pump on the diesel engine. When we had routine maintenance service performed in Mobile, Alabama, the technician confirmed that we have a defective pump. The techs at Holt will replace the pump on Monday.

SO...we have driven the 88 miles to daughter, Berri's home in Round Rock, Texas. Berri and Colin welcomed us with Shiner Bock Beer, steaks and open arms! We (mostly, I) have watched college football all day - way to go, LSU Tigers!
