Sunday, January 21st - Heading South

This morning, six coaches "caravaned" down to Gila Bend, Arizona, the staging area for the Newmar caravan into Mexico tomorrow. We are in the parking lot of the Elks Club. There are ten rows of RV's, usually eight deep. We begin leaving Monday morning at 6:00am. Meanwhile, we ate a catered chicken BBQ dinner served right in the parking lot. We all gathered the food and returned to our coaches because it was too windy and chilly to be eating outside.
