On April 25th, we set up camp at the Paragon Casino RV Park in Marksville, LA where the Louisiana State Rally was hosted by the Louisiana state director, Fred Walton and his wife, Marlyn. The men cooked hundreds of pounds of crawfish on Thursday night and red beans and rice on Saturday. REAL Cajun food and it was outstanding! Plans are being developed for the Newmar International Rally in Burlington, Vermont for late September. Louisiana will have about twelve families represented there, including the Heinz's.
